Kat Tidd
I strive to help people align and understand their values and behavior through the use of holistic and strength-based interventions. This allows me to tend to the whole person and create an atmosphere for success and growth in all areas of life. I obtained my master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from Michigan State University in 2014 (Go Spartans!). I enjoy working with people across the life span in various life stages. I am passionate about the power of community and aim to strengthen internal and external supports to maximize confidence and connection. I have received specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Child-Parent Psychotherapy, and work with children and adolescents who have been adjudicated for problematic sexual behavior. In my personal life, I enjoy spending time outside, exercising, reading, and enjoying summer at the lake.
