Hello! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the outpatient setting. I enjoy meeting new people and helping them cope, learn, and grow. I work from a strength-based approach to help clients achieve their goals. In session, I provide empathy and understanding. My goal is to provide a safe space for all my clients. In my spare time, you can find me hanging out with my family, playing with my dog, or cooking up some yummy dishes.
